About Marisa
A Mission Driven Career
Marisa was born in Guatemala and raised in Pakistan, relocated to Deerfield, Illinois before moving to New York. Marisa fell in love with North Carolina while attending Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, and she never left.
A graduate of Wake Forest University’s Bowman Gray School of Medicine’s Physician Assistant Program, Marisa had the good fortune of working with some of the best plastic surgeons in North Carolina very early in her career. This gave her an uncanny understanding of facial proportions, structure, and muscles. She is sought after quite frequently to correct the mistakes of other practitioners.
She believes that less-invasive procedures are perfect for people who don’t want or need a drastic change to their overall appearance. She aims to make her services affordable, and she is a good steward of the investment that her patients are making in themselves.
“My calling and my God-given gift is to uncover the hidden beauty in each person who walks through my doors.”
